哈尔滨面粉厂,是从一九八二年在原哈尔滨油厂的基础上,兴建的一座新型的仓厂合一的大型面粉专业加工厂,全厂占地总面积为十万平方米。现有两个主业制粉车间,拥有国产磨粉机五十四台固定资产原值为九千二百万元。日加工小麦能力为八百吨,全年加工小麦为二十二万吨,生产面粉为十五万六千多吨。仓储年经营量为七十万吨,有两条专用铁路线850延长米,主导产品有特优粉、特制一等粉、特制二等粉、颗粒粉、标准粉。这些产品分别荣获国优、省优称号。年实现工业总产值为一亿元,年实现利税千万元以上。全厂现有职工为一千八百零三人。拥有高、中、初级工程技术人员二百一十三人,生产和经销贸易部门八个,独立经济核算集体单位两个。从一九八七年开始,遵照“抓管理、上等级、全面提高企业素质”的原则,狠抓基础管理,各项管理基础都上了等级,于一九八八年工厂被省政府授予省级先进企业、市级文明单位标兵等荣誉称号。

These products won the National Excellent and Provincial Excellent titles respectively. The annual industrial output value will be 100 million yuan, and profits and taxes will be more than 10 million yuan. There are 1,803 employees in the entire factory. It has 213 high, middle and junior engineering and technical personnel, eight production and distribution trade departments, and two independent economic accounting collective units. Since 1987, in accordance with the principle of “focusing on management, ranking, and comprehensive improvement of corporate quality”, we have paid close attention to basic management and all management bases have been graded. In 1988, the factory was granted by the provincial government. Grade advanced enterprises, municipal civilized units and other honorary titles.
