As a new drug research and development of polysaccharides in recent years by more and more researchers of widespread concern. In recent years, the research progress of polysaccharide extraction, purification, content determination and relative molecular mass determination are reviewed in this paper. The aim is to provide reference for the further research of polysaccharide.
