为了培养符合社会要的大学生,创新设计了酚酞的合成实验,本实验着重培养学生自己探索有机合成中各项条件的设定(投料比、反应时间、反应温度和催化剂用量)。实验条件的确立是以三因素四水平的正交试验的结果为基础,并终得到优的合成条件。在得到实验产品的同时,结合分析化学和有机化学知识解释酚酞在不同pH条件下的显色机理。
In order to cultivate college students who meet the needs of the society, the experiment of the synthesis of phenolphthalein was creatively designed. In this experiment, the students should explore the setting of the conditions of organic synthesis (feed ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature and catalyst dosage). The establishment of experimental conditions is based on the results of orthogonal experiment with three factors and four levels and finally obtains excellent synthesis conditions. At the same time of obtaining the experimental product, the color development mechanism of phenolphthalein under different pH conditions is explained by the combination of analytical chemistry and organic chemistry.
