十七大以来,我们党依法执政能力显著增强。党领导人民制定宪法和法律,同时以宪法为根本的活动准则,在宪法和法律的范围内活动,坚持宪法和法律至上,带头维护宪法和法律的权威,最广泛地动员和组织人民依法管理国家事务和社会事务、管理经济和文化事业,不断增强科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的自觉性和坚定性。
Since the 17th National Congress of the CPC, our party’s ability to govern by law has been significantly enhanced. The Party leads the people in formulating constitutions and laws and at the same time taking the constitution as the basic guidelines for their activities. They act within the framework of the Constitution and laws, adhere to the supremacy of the Constitution and laws, take the lead in safeguarding the authority of the Constitution and laws, mobilize and organize the people in the most extensive manner and manage the nation according to law Affairs and social affairs, manage economic and cultural undertakings, and continuously enhance the consciousness and firmness of scientific governance, democratic governance and administration by law.
