共青团是党组织的助手和后备军,是党和广大青年学生之间进行联系的重要桥梁。当今,高校团建工作面临网络新媒体带来巨大机遇的同时又必须面对前所未有的挑战。创新就成为团建工作进一步发展的新途径。团组织要在工作工作思路、工作方式以及自身建设上创新,从而推动共青团不断焕发出生机与活力。广大青年学子在团组织的带领下,积极转变思想,提高自身综合素质,为民族建设发挥自己的作用。
The Communist Youth League is an assistant and reserve army of the party organization and an important bridge linking the party and the vast majority of young students. Nowadays, the work of reunification of colleges and universities faces tremendous opportunities brought by the new online media while facing the unprecedented challenge. Innovation has become a new way for the CYL to further develop its work.
