对132例健康成人,儿童和100例各种疾病的患者进行血清转铁蛋白(Tf)含量测定。缺铁性贫血及部分转氨酶增高而浊度正常的肝炎患者Tf含量上升,而白血病、肾病综合征及部分转氨酶增高伴有浊度异常的肝炎患者下降(P均<0.01)。
Serum transferrin (Tf) levels were measured in 132 healthy adults, children and 100 patients with various diseases. Iron deficiency anemia and elevated levels of some transaminases in patients with normal turbidity of hepatitis Tf increased, while leukemia, nephrotic syndrome and some elevated aminotransferases accompanied by halitosis in patients with hepatitis decreased (P all <0.01).
