首次报道了环己酮肟在B2O3/ZrO2催化剂上的气固相Beckmann重排反应,结果表明该催化剂具有很高的活性(97.7%)和ε┐己内酰胺选择性(97.0%);用Hammet指示剂正丁胺滴定法测定了样品的表面酸性质,并与催化活性和选择性进行了关联;用XRD谱对催化剂结构进行了表征;比较了B2O3负载于几种载体上的催化活性和选择性的差异
The gas-solid phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime on B2O3 / ZrO2 catalyst was reported for the first time. The results show that the catalyst has high activity (97.7%) and ε┐ caprolactam selectivity (97.0%). The surface acidity of the sample was determined by the Hammet indicator n-butylamine titration method, and its catalytic activity and selectivity were correlated.
