企业是以盈利为目的的社会经济组织,因此长期以来企业不管法律事务数量多少,法律工作基本上都没有进入企业的主流活动,企业法律工作在日益专业化的同时,也不断地边缘化,法律工作的价值难以体现。近20年来随着法制的不断健全,政府监管的不断加强,市场竞争的不断加剧,交易方式日趋复杂,作为规范企业行为的准则,法律对企业的影响力越来越大,违反法律的后果也越来越严重。法律风险发生后不仅会给企业带来直接经济损失,而且会严重影响企业的品牌和形象,并且会导致政府部门吊销经营牌照等行政处罚,在情况严重时甚至导致犯罪而让企业高管承担刑事责任。所以正确理解和对待法律意识在企业经营过程中的重要性与实施方式非常地重要。
