以尿素、硼酸和硝酸铈分别作为氮、硼和铈源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出B,N和Ce共掺杂Ti O2光催化剂,并用XRD、XPS、FT-IR和SEM等对其进行了表征。以酸性大红染料为污染物,考察其光催化活性。结果表明,所制备的光催化剂均为锐钛矿;B和N元素进入Ti O2的晶格,形成了O-Ti-N和B-Ti-O键,而Ce以氧化物(Ce2O3)形式分散于Ti O2的表面,抑制了电子-空穴对复合,提高光量子效率,增强了共掺杂Ti O2光催化活性。另外,B-N-Ce-Ti O2催化剂重复使用10次后,其对大红染料的降解率仍可以达到95%以上。
B, N and Ce co-doped Ti O2 photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method using urea, boric acid and cerous nitrate as nitrogen, boron and cerium sources, respectively. XRD, XPS, FT- Characterized. With acid red dye as a pollutant, investigate its photocatalytic activity. The results show that the prepared photocatalysts are anatase; B and N elements enter the crystal lattice of Ti O2 to form O-Ti-N and B-Ti-O bonds, while Ce is dispersed as oxide (Ce2O3) On the surface of Ti O2, the electron-hole pair recombination is inhibited, the photon quantum efficiency is increased, and the photocatalytic activity of co-doped Ti O2 is enhanced. In addition, B-N-Ce-Ti O2 catalyst after repeated use of 10 times, the degradation rate of the red dye can still reach more than 95%.
