关于1955年苏联钢结构新的设计标准及技术规范的若干问题

本文首先介绍新的苏联钢结构设计规范(НИТУ 121-55)的主要内容及其特点,然后对于规范中结构设计的计算部份,特别是关于结构稳定方面,作一些说明和讨论。

This article first introduces the main contents and characteristics of the new Soviet steel structure design specification (НИТУ 121-55), and then makes some explanations and discussions on the calculation part of the structural design in the specification, especially on structural stability.
