目的比较测试3种过滤网对香烟烟雾的净化性能,筛选出经济、高效的过滤材质。方法参照《公共场所空气中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)测定方法-光散射法》(WS/T206-2001),在实验柜内以香烟烟雾代表可吸入颗粒物,进行去除效果测试。结果在净化60分钟后,香烟烟雾初始浓度为5 mg/m3时,试样A、B和C的去除率分别为99.96%、89.53%和89.20%;香烟烟雾初始浓度为10 mg/m3时,试样A、B和C的去除率分别为99.54%、97.20%和95.20%。结论3种过滤网在相同测试条件下,复合驻机体超细纤维过滤网(试样A)净化效果的优势较为明显。
Objective To compare and test the purification performance of three kinds of filters on cigarette smoke, filter out the economical and efficient filter material. Methods According to “Determination of Respirable Particulate Matter (PM10) in Public Places - Light Scattering Method” (WS / T206-2001), cigarette smoke was used to represent respirable particulate matter in the test cabinet for removing effect test. Results When the initial concentration of cigarette smoke was 5 mg / m3 after 60 minutes purification, the removal rates of samples A, B and C were 99.96%, 89.53% and 89.20% respectively. When the initial concentration of cigarette smoke was 10 mg / m3, The removal rates for Samples A, B and C were 99.54%, 97.20% and 95.20%, respectively. Conclusion The three kinds of filters under the same test conditions, the composite in-body microfiber filter (Sample A) purification effect is more obvious advantages.
