如图1所示零件,由于凹槽在零件内部,槽宽尺寸小,测量槽径D较困难。一般采用特制游标卡尺直接测量D。但对于测量较高精度要求的槽底径,因测量误差较大,很难控制加工质量。

如图1所示零件,由于凹槽在零件内部,槽宽尺寸小,测量槽径D较困难。一般采用特制游标卡尺直接测量D。但对于测量较高精度要求的槽底径,因测量误差较大,很难控制加工质量。
As shown in Figure 1 parts, due to the groove within the parts, small groove width, measuring the diameter D more difficult. Generally use a special vernier caliper to measure D. However, for measuring the groove bottom diameter required for higher accuracy, it is difficult to control the processing quality due to the large measurement error.
