蓝白平菇的菇体大,产量高,适温广,是笔者1987年7月从丽水百果园的一株樟树枯桩上采集分离驯化培养而成的,1990年本所立题边研究边推广,栽培面积达10万多平方米,已成为我区平菇栽培的当家品种。现将研究结果简述如下: (一)菌株特性 该菌株幼菇为蓝黑色至蓝褐色,成熟后为灰白色至白色,故定名蓝白平菇。由于该菌株采自1987年7月,故又取代号87-7。菌丝生长温度3~35℃,最适19~25℃;子实体形成温度2~33℃,最适8~25℃;丛生,花瓣形,直径10~30cm,单丛重1~4kg,菇盖直径5~13cm,菇柄短,成熟时不卷边。出菇转潮快,抗霉力强,耐水,耐CO_2;菇质口感细嫩,味鲜美。适应多种原料栽培,生物转化率150%~200%。
