水电站不经过发电消能而由蜗壳过水,过去国内外经验很少。张启文同志这篇文章,介绍了云南松花坝水电站蜗壳过水的一些水流现象和情况,对当前水电站考虑泄洪问题有一定参考和启发意义。但是,该电站在放水时,缺乏专门记录,观测资料较少。因此,文中某些论证和分析,可能尚有值得商榷之处。本刊刊登这篇文章的目的,是为了提供关于蜗壳过水的一些参考资料,供有关同志进一步研究这一问题作参考。
Hydropower station without power generation by the volute over the water, the past little experience at home and abroad. This article from Comrade Zhang Qiwen introduced some water flow phenomena and circumstances of the volute over-flow in Songhuaba Hydropower Station in Yunnan Province, which is of some reference and inspiration for the current hydropower station considering flood discharge problems. However, there is a lack of special records when the station is discharging water, and there is less observation data. Therefore, some of the arguments and analysis in the text may still be debatable. The purpose of this article is to provide some reference materials on volute over the water for the comrades to further study this issue for reference.
