佛山兴华(集团)股份有限公司国家股股权转让一事,在广东省省政府、佛山市市政府、中山市市政府的大力支持下,经财政部、中国证监会、广东省国资局批准,已于2000年1月27日完成并予以公告。回顾整个过程,本次国家股转让对佛山市、中山市两市盘活国有资产、确保国有资产的保值增值、提高国有资产运营能力不失为一次有益的尝试。现就整个转让过程简述如下:
With the strong support of Guangdong provincial government, Foshan municipal government and Zhongshan municipal government, Foshan Hing Wah Group Co., Ltd. approved the transfer of shares of state-owned shares. With the approval of Ministry of Finance, China Securities Regulatory Commission and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangdong Province, On January 27, 2000 completed and announced. Looking back at the entire process, it is a useful attempt to transfer state shareholdings into activating the state-owned assets of Foshan and Zhongshan cities so as to ensure the value of state-owned assets and enhance the operational capacity of state-owned assets.
