毒蛇咬伤是我国南方广大农村的常见病,病情大多来势凶猛,发展迅速,如处理不及时,重者可在数小时或1～2日内中毒致死,轻者可能致残。毒蛇咬伤的诊断一般不难,但如病史不详,症状不明显或病情危重,神志不清者,诊断就较为困难。对于此类病例,应在急救处理的同时,详询病史,结合牙痕形态、局部情况和全身中毒症状,对照体检所见,进行鉴别诊断。
Poisonous snake bites are common diseases in the vast rural areas of southern China. Most of the cases are fierce and rapidly developing. If they are not handled properly in a timely manner, poisonous snake bites may kill within a few hours or 1-2 days and may cause disability. The diagnosis of snake bites is generally not difficult, but if the history is unknown, the symptoms are not obvious or critically ill, unconscious who diagnose more difficult. For such cases, emergency treatment should be at the same time, detailed medical history, combined with dental morphology, local conditions and symptoms of systemic poisoning, the control of the medical examination, the differential diagnosis.
