On October 10, at the eighteenth “International Day for Disaster Reduction” initiated by the United Nations, the “China Forum for Disaster Prevention and Mitigation” co-sponsored by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Ministry of Science and Technology, China Disaster Defense Association and other units, Held in Beijing. The leaders of 12 relevant ministries and agencies and the heads of non-governmental organizations and commercial insurance agencies made speeches at the meeting. From the multi-sectoral and multi-perspective perspectives of the strategy level, they respectively examine the achievements, experiences and lessons learned in the disaster management system and the direction of their efforts in the future,
