进入21世纪以来,社会经济迅猛发展,我国百姓的生活质量越来越好。电力工程作为供电经营的重点,在国家基础建设行业中占据着十分重要的地位,关乎着电力的供应水平和人们的日常生活。随着市场经济的深入推进,电力工程也不再是国家垄断行业,企业之间的竞争变得异常激烈,电力工程造价管理对降低企业的花费,提高企业的管理水平具有十分重要的作用,也是对电电力工程项目经济效益指标和社会效益指标的综合反映。不同于一般的工程项目,电力工程是国家最基础的内容,涉及的管理部门、管理环节非常多,其中任何一个环节出现漏洞,都会引起造价管理问题,阻碍工程的顺利竣工。现如今,电力工程造价管理存在的不足逐渐暴露了出来,人力资源工作不到位,管理缺乏规范性,一旦出现造价管理问题,不仅会引发资金的流失,还会阻碍工程的顺利完工。对此,我国电力工程施工单位必须完善管理,明确认识电力工程造价的意义,确保工程造价在合理的范围内变动,切实提高造价管理的能力。

A comprehensive reflection of the indicators of economic benefits and social benefits of the electric power engineering project. Different from ordinary engineering projects, power engineering is the most basic content in the country. The management departments involved have a lot of management links. Any loopholes in any link will cause cost management problems and hinder the successful completion of the project. Nowadays, the shortages of power engineering cost management are exposed gradually. The work of human resources is not in place and the management lacks of normativeness. Once the cost management problem arises, not only the loss of capital but also the successful completion of the project will be hindered. In this regard, China’s electric power construction unit must improve its management, a clear understanding of the significance of the cost of power projects to ensure that the project cost within a reasonable range of change, and effectively improve the cost management capabilities.
