１ 病例介绍患儿 男，７岁。４岁时无意中发现右大腿根部肿块，在某院行切除术，病理诊断为脂肪瘤。术后１年复发并缓慢增大，于１９９７年７月２日来院就诊，拟右大腿根部脂肪瘤入院。检查：发育正常，五官端正，颈胸阴性，心肺正常。骨科情况：右股根部腹股沟下方触及拳头
1 Case Description Children Male, 7 years old. At the age of 4 years, the right thigh was found to have a lump in the root and was removed in a hospital. The pathological diagnosis was lipoma. After 1 year of recurrence and slowly increasing, she came to the hospital on July 2nd, 1997, and the right thigh lipoma was admitted to hospital. Check: normal development, normal facial features, negative neck and chest, normal heart and lung. Orthopaedics: Fist underneath the base of the right femoral groin
