下颌休息位的一些研究表明,其改变与义齿的戴与不戴有关。本文的目的是区别无牙患者仅戴上颌义齿、下颌义齿或上下颌义齿时,对自然面高的影响。材料与方法 60名无牙患者作为研究对象(其中女性46例,男性14例,平均年龄63.2岁)。以鼻尖点到颏部最突点作为测量点,测量口内为不戴义齿、戴上颌义齿、戴下颌义齿和戴上下颌义齿在休息位时的面部高度。用自然面高减去咬(牙合)时的面高得出息止(牙合)间隙,再用统计学方法将数据进行处理分析。
Some studies of the mandibular resting position show that the change is related to wearing or not wearing the denture. The purpose of this article is to distinguish the effect of natural face height on a maxillary denture, mandibular denture or maxillary denture in a toothless patient. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Totally 60 patients without teeth (including 46 females and 14 males with an average age of 63.2 years) were enrolled in this study. From the tip of the nose to the most protruding point of the chin as the measurement point, the measurement port was not wearing dentures, wearing the maxillary denture, wearing the mandibular denture and wearing the mandibular denture in the resting position when the face height. With the natural surface height minus bite (occlusal) when the surface height of interest only (occlusion) gap, and then statistical methods to deal with the data analysis.
