目的:对2013年4月28日至5月24日中卫市地区麻疹暴发流行检测结果分析。方法:采用ELISA酶联免疫吸附实验对疑似病例血清进行麻疹Ig M抗体测定。结果:18岁以上成人麻疹疑似病例占69.79%,麻疹疑似病例Ig M抗体阳性占52.08%;农村麻疹疑似病例52例,占54.17%,麻疹Ig M抗体阳性32例,占61.54%;沙坡头区城镇44例,占45.83%,麻疹Ig M抗体阳性18例,占40.91%。结论:此次检测中80.21%的病例免疫史不详或未接种,所以继续做好常规免疫接种和麻疹疫苗查漏补种工作,提高和保持高水平免疫覆盖率是控制流行的关键。
Objective: To analyze the prevalence of measles outbreak in Zhongwei from April 28 to May 24, 2013. Methods: Serum samples of measles were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Suspected cases of measles in adults over 18 years old accounted for 69.79%, measles cases of IgM antibody positive cases accounted for 52.08%; measles cases in rural areas 52 cases (54.17%), measles IgM antibody positive 32 cases (61.54%); Shapotou There were 44 cases in urban area, accounting for 45.83%, 18 cases were IgM positive measles, accounting for 40.91%. Conclusion: The history of 80.21% cases of immunization in this test is unknown or not vaccinated. Therefore, to continue routine vaccination and measles vaccination, it is the key to control the epidemic to improve and maintain a high level of immunization coverage.
