作者应用银染色技术对30例前列腺癌、20例前列腺增生症组织中的核仁组成区相关嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)进行检测,并采用图像分析技术测定其DNA含量。结果显示,在前列腺癌组织中,AgNOR计数与DNA含量均明显高于前列腺增生症组织(P<0.001);肿瘤分化越差,AgNOR计数和DNA含量越高,并且与患者预后相关(P<0.001);AgNOR计数与DNA含量呈明显的正相关(P<0.01)。结果提示AgNOR计数与DNA含量可作为反映前列腺癌生物学行为的指标。
The authors used silver staining technique to detect the nucleolar organizer region AgNOR in 30 cases of prostate cancer and 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The DNA content of AgNOR was detected by image analysis. The results showed that the counts of AgNOR and the content of DNA in prostate cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in benign prostatic hyperplasia (P <0.001). The worse the tumor differentiation, the higher the AgNOR count and DNA content, and the higher the prognosis <0.001). There was a significant positive correlation between AgNOR count and DNA content (P <0.01). The results suggest that AgNOR count and DNA content can be used as an indicator of the biological behavior of prostate cancer.
