目前国内中小型污水处理系统广泛采用开关控制方式,控制精度往往不够高。PID控制器作为应用范围最广的控制器,能够明显地提高控制精度,但其输出连续变化,不能直接驱动只有开关两个状态的执行机构。提出了一种改进的脉宽调制PID控制算法,它通过将控制量转化为一定周期内开关时间的占空比,使开关控制方式下PID控制器的输出能够驱动交流接触器和电机等执行机构。在制革污水处理过程的两个控制实例中采用了该算法,良好的控制效果验证了该算法的可行性和有效性。
At present, the domestic small and medium-sized sewage treatment systems are widely used switch control methods, control accuracy is often not high enough. PID controller as the most widely used controller, can significantly improve the control accuracy, but its output changes continuously, can not directly drive only two states of the switch actuator. An improved pulse width modulation (PID) control algorithm is proposed. It converts the control amount into a duty cycle of the switching time within a certain period so that the output of the PID controller under the switching control mode can drive the AC contactor and the electric actuator . The algorithm is used in two control cases of tannery wastewater treatment process. The good control effect verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
