上海地处我国手机电视产业发展的核心地带,其发展速度和规模都将对国家相关产业产生重要影响。由于手机电视跨越广电、电信、电子通信、设备制造等诸多领域,高度复合性的人才需求使得能够满足该产业发展的专业人才捉襟见肘,人才专业素养的缺失成为影响企业核心竞争力、制约手机电视产业发展的一大瓶颈。针对这一问题,本课题选取国内第一家全网运营的手机电视运营商作为调查对象,采用发放问卷和深度访谈的方式,重点调查上海市手机电视人才的职业环境和各岗位人才的能力素质要求,以期在手机电视专业人才培养和行业用人需求之间寻找契合点,创新新媒体人才培养模式,服务上海乃至全国的新媒体产业和现代服务业。

In response to this problem, this topic selected the first mobile TV operator operating the entire network as the survey object, using questionnaires and in-depth interviews with the way to focus on investigating the professional environment of mobile phone TV professionals in Shanghai and the ability of various positions in the quality of personnel Requirements, with a view to find a meeting point between the training of mobile TV professionals and the employment needs of the industry, innovating new media talents training mode, serving the new media industry and modern service industry in Shanghai and the whole country.
