为了开发一种有效防治烟草青枯病的微生物制剂,对烟草青枯病田间小区试验防效最好的3个细菌菌株湘1-2,湘2-3,2-轻-9进行了发酵培养条件研究.结果表明,湘1-2在30~32℃,pH7.13~8.0,振荡培养24h时产菌量最多,10~24h为对数生长期,温度低于4℃和pH≤5.32不生长;湘2-3在30~32℃,pH7.13~9.18,振荡培养22h产菌量最多,4~22h为对数生长期,温度低于4℃,pH≤4.68不生长也不死亡;2-轻-9在28~32℃,pH7.65~8.0,振荡培养22h产菌量最多,10~22h为对数生长期,低于4℃,pH≤5.74不生长也不死亡.同时采用几种价廉易得的原料组配了7个培养基组合,用于培养这3个菌株.湘1-2较难培养,只在4#,5#培养基中能生长且生长不太好;湘2-3在7个培养基中都能生长,但在2#培养基中生长不太好;2-轻-9在7个培养基中都能生长,但在7#培养基中生长较差
