(一) 辽宁省法库县属于东北西部农田防护林营造林区。至1985年农田防护林带面积占被保护耕地113.6万亩的5.1％,超额完成了省规定的指标。慈恩寺、丁家房、柏家沟、三面船、依牛卜、灯士卜等乡镇的农田防护林,已基本形成农田防护林体系,长势较好,能够发挥防护作用。如慈恩寺乡1976年春季使用杨大苗营造的农田防护林带,现在平均树高13m,平均胸径18.6cm。该乡边家村的林带达到平均树高18.2m、平均胸径26cm。 (二) 1985年8月19日第8509号(以下简称9号)台风从海上进入我省,经海城、沈阳转向东
(1) Faku County, Liaoning Province belongs to the farmland shelterbelt afforestation area in the northeast of China. By 1985, the area of shelter belts in farmland accounted for 5.1% of 1.136 million mu of protected farmland, exceeding the targets set by the province. The farmland shelterbelts such as Ci’en Temple, Dingjiafang, Baijiagou, San Mian’s Ship, Yibu Bu and Dengshibu have basically formed the farmland shelterbelt system and are in a better condition to play a protective role. For instance, the farmland shelter belt created by Yang Daming in the spring of 1976 in Ci’en Temple Township now has an average tree height of 13m and an average breast diameter of 18.6cm. The township edge of the village forest belt reached an average height of 18.2m, with an average diameter of 26cm. (II) Typhoon No. 8509 (hereinafter referred to as No. 9) on August 19, 1985 entered the province from the sea and turned to the east via Haicheng and Shenyang
