笔者生于茶乡,家乡浙江宁波市宁海县是新兴的名茶之乡,中国名茶望海茶、望府茶遐迩闻名,尤其是在宁波家喻户晓。笔者1982年开始在家乡从事专业新闻工作,一直跟踪报道望海茶、望府茶创制名茶的全过程,见证了宁海成为新兴名茶之乡的成长历程,并从此爱上茶文化,也成为“铁杆绿茶派”。2009年,笔者到福建福鼎参加第四届世界禅茶文化交流大会,首次接触福鼎白茶,在展会的两家摊位品尝过白牡丹,对于喝贯家乡名优绿茶的我来说,感觉其色泽不如绿茶绿翠;汤色浅红,不如绿茶青绿或金黄;滋味不如绿茶鲜爽,总之,其色、
The author was born in the tea village, hometown Ninghai County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province is the emerging tea town, China’s famous tea Wang Hai Cha, Wangfu tea well-known, especially in Ningbo well-known.
