江泽民同志的“七一”重要讲话,是一篇马克思主义的纲领性文献,在党内外引起了强烈反响,得到全党全国人民的衷心拥护。目前,大家正在认真学习《讲话》,而人们的认识总是有快有慢,理解有深有浅。对《讲话》中提出的一些重大问题,有的同志希望作进一步的解释。这些都是正常的。“七一”重要讲话,是经过我们党深入探索、深思熟虑形成的,是对新的实践的科学总结,集中了全党的智慧,反映了全党的意志。学习贯彻“七一”重要讲话,是当前一项重要政治任务。各级党组织和党员领导干部一定要全面正确深入地领会《讲话》精神,把思想和行动统一到“七一”讲话精神上来,不断推进改革开放和社会主义现代化建设。
