目的 探讨X线修复交叉互补基因 2 (XRCC2 )、X线修复交叉互补基因 3 (XRCC3 )的基因多态性与慢性苯中毒发病风险的关系。方法 采用病例对照设计 ,以 15 2名苯中毒工人为病例组 ,15 2名接触苯而没有中毒表现的工人为对照组。应用聚合酶链反应 限制性片段长度多态性分析技术 (PCR RFLP)检测XRCC2c .188和XRCC3c .2 41位点的多态性。结果 未检测到XRCC2c .188的突变基因型 ,XRCC3c .2 41基因各基因型在病例组和对照组间的分布差异无显著性。结论 XRCC2c .188和XRCC3c .2 41位点的多态性与慢性苯中毒的发病风险没有关系 ,它们其他位点的多态与慢性苯中毒易感性的关系需进一步研究确证
Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphisms of XRCC2 and XRCC3 and the risk of chronic benzene poisoning. Methods A case-control study was designed. Fifty-two workers with benzene poisoning were selected as the case group and 15 2 workers exposed to benzene without toxicity were selected as the control group. Polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR RFLP) was used to detect the polymorphisms of XRCC2c.1888 and XRCC3c.241 loci. Results No mutation genotype of XRCC2c .188 was detected. There was no significant difference in the distribution of genotypes of XRCC3c.241 between the case group and the control group. Conclusion The polymorphisms of XRCC2c. 188 and XRCC3c .2 41 loci are not related to the risk of chronic benzene poisoning. The relationship between polymorphisms of other loci and the susceptibility to chronic benzene poisoning needs to be further confirmed
