教育评估在国外已实施了50多年,很多不足之处仍在探讨之中。对教师的全面正确的评估,除了行政管理人员、学生评教和考试评估以外,还应该包含有同行之间的评估,外语教师同行之间的评估应该形成一种促进教师学习发展的模式。在国内教育评估中,同行之间的评估体系和项目应该体现不同学科、不同专业和不同课程的特点。外语教师的授课激情、体现西方文化的教学理念和教学行为,以及注意培养学生的语言应用能力等都应包括在评估的项目之中。
Educational evaluation has been implemented in foreign countries for more than 50 years and many deficiencies are still under discussion. A comprehensive and correct assessment of teachers, in addition to administrators, students assessment and examination evaluation, should also include peer assessment, assessment of foreign language teachers in the peer should form a model to promote the development of teacher learning. In the assessment of domestic education, evaluation systems and projects among peers should reflect the characteristics of different disciplines, different majors and different curricula. The enthusiasm of foreign language teachers to teach, to reflect the Western culture of teaching philosophy and teaching behavior, and pay attention to cultivate students’ language skills should be included in the assessment of the project.
