随着改革的深化,企业转机建制步伐的加快,职工下岗已成为当前人们议论的热门话题。推行社会主义市场经济,加快企业技术进步,调整经济结构,建立企业优胜劣汰的竞争机制,导致部分职工下岗甚至失业已不可避免。工会如何做好下岗职工的思想教育工作,是实施下岗再就业工程的重要内容,是关系到企业改革发展和社会安定团结的大事。我认为,工会要做好下岗职工的思想教育工作,应从以下几方面进行。 一、教育职工认识和理解下岗分流的必然性和必要性
