目的改进国标生活饮用水中大肠埃希菌、耐热大肠菌群的检测方法。方法将水样接种于乳糖蛋白胨培养液后,直接在44.5℃培养箱中培养24 h观察结果,并与原法进行对比。结果改进法节省时间约24 h,检测结果符合率不变。结论改进法适用于生活饮用水和环境水样的检测。
Objective To improve the detection method of Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliform bacteria in drinking water of national standard. Methods The samples were inoculated into lactose peptone culture medium and cultured directly in the incubator at 44.5 ℃ for 24 h. The results were compared with the original method. The results of the improved method save time about 24 h, the test results in line with the same rate. Conclusion The improved method is suitable for the detection of drinking water and environmental water samples.
