近年来,我国职业教育规模迅速扩大,职业教育在整个教育体系中的地位也越来越重要,但是仍然有一些影响职业教育健康发展的深层次问题未能得到解决。“其中最根本的问题之一是人才培养系统性的偏差,集中体现在人才培养的效果与市场需求之间的距离,而导致这一偏差的最直接原因是课程”。只有对职业技术教育的课程设置和课程内容进行改革,才能培养出现代社会需要的高素质劳动者,实现职业技术教育的目标。
In recent years, the scale of vocational education in our country has expanded rapidly, and the status of vocational education in the whole education system has become more and more important. However, there are still some deep-seated problems that affect the healthy development of vocational education. “One of the most fundamental problems is the systematic deviation of personnel training, focusing on the distance between the effect of talent training and market demand. The most direct reason for this deviation is the curriculum.” Only by reforming the curriculums and content of vocational and technical education can we cultivate the high-quality laborers needed by modern society and achieve the goal of vocational and technical education.
