借助真空电弧熔炼法研究了Cr含量对低合金铸钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Cr含量为0.569%时,试样的组织和硬度与原料试样相近,其综合力学性能优于原料试样;当Cr含量增加到0.986%时,试样组织中含有大量细针状回火索氏体以及弥散的颗粒状碳化物,此时试样的硬度和强度增加,塑性降低。
The effects of Cr content on microstructure and properties of low alloyed cast steel were investigated by vacuum arc melting method. The results show that when the content of Cr is 0.569%, the microstructure and hardness of the sample are similar to that of the original sample, and its comprehensive mechanical properties are better than that of the raw sample. When the content of Cr increases to 0.986% Tempered sorbite and dispersed granular carbides, then the hardness and strength of the sample increased, plasticity decreased.
