生物油催化重整制氢是一项很有潜力的生物质基氢气制备技术。选取乙醇为典型生物油模化物,利用等体积浸渍法制备了系列Ni/HMOR催化剂,在固定床反应器上进行催化剂活性测试。结合N2物理吸附、XRD、NH3-TPD以及TEM催化剂表征手段,系统考察了Ni负载量、反应温度、水碳比和气相体积空速对氢气产率、乙醇转化率以及气体产物体积浓度的影响。结果表明,Ni/HMOR催化剂表现出了很好的催化活性,在温度高于750℃,水碳比为9.2时,氢气产率超过90%,乙醇转化率为100%。
Bio-oil catalytic reforming hydrogen production is a promising biomass-based hydrogen production technology. A series of Ni / HMOR catalysts were prepared by the same volume impregnation method. Ethanol was used as a typical bio-oil matrix and the catalyst activity was tested on a fixed-bed reactor. The effects of Ni loading, reaction temperature, water-carbon ratio and gas-phase space velocity on the hydrogen production, ethanol conversion and gas product volume concentration were investigated systematically by means of N2 adsorption, XRD, NH3-TPD and TEM characterization. The results showed that the Ni / HMOR catalyst exhibited good catalytic activity. The hydrogen yield was above 90% and the ethanol conversion was 100% at a temperature higher than 750 ℃ and a water / carbon ratio of 9.2.
