我国第一条用煤气作热源烧制煤矸石釉面砖的生产线,最近在太原煤炭气化公司煤矸石材料厂建成投产。这条年产5万平方米釉面砖的生产线采用了目前我国最先进的工艺设备。它的建成投产,使我国的煤矸石利用向高科技密集型生产迈出了重要的一步。比传统的用煤、电、油作热源,以陶瓷土作原料的袖面砖生产工艺,每百平方米降低费用3000元,一级品率提高20％,节省仿动力60％。
China’s first coal as a heat source firing gangue glazed tile production line, the coal gasification company in Taiyuan coal gangue material plant was completed and put into production. This annual output of 50,000 square meters glazed tile production line using the most advanced technology equipment. Its completion and operation put an important step toward high-tech-intensive production of coal gangue in our country. Than the traditional use of coal, electricity and oil as a heat source to ceramic soil as the raw material of the sleeve brick production process, reduce costs per 100 square meters 3,000 yuan, a product rate increased by 20%, saving imitation force 60%.
