目的:为了探讨在急诊科患者的护理工作中存在的安全隐患及其解决对策。方法:对广东省中医院在2013年3月至2015年3月收治的160位患者回顾性分析,试图发现和总结护理工作中存在的安全隐患,并对此提供相应的解决对策。急诊科患者的护理工作中存在的安全隐患主要包括患者个人因素,护理人员因素,以及医院科室管理因素3大方面。结果:对于针对急诊科3个方面的安全隐患提出的对策:提高护理人员的风险意识,加强护理人员的培训和教育,完善医院科室的各项规章制度,尽可能消除护理工作中存在的安全隐患。结论:急诊科护理中存在的安全隐患包括患者个人因素,护理人员因素,以及医院科室管理因素。在工作中应提高护理人员的风险意识,加强护理人员的培训和教育,完善医院科室的各项规章制度。
Objective: In order to explore the potential safety problems and their countermeasures in the nursing of emergency department patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 160 patients admitted to Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2013 to March 2015 attempted to find out and summarize the potential safety problems in nursing work and provide corresponding solutions to this problem. Emergency patients in the nursing work of the security risks include patient personal factors, nursing staff factors, and hospital department management factors three major aspects. Results: For the three aspects of emergency department for the proposed security risks: to raise awareness of nurses risk, strengthen nursing staff training and education, improve the hospital departments of the rules and regulations, as far as possible to eliminate the security risks in nursing work . Conclusion: The potential safety hazards in emergency department care include individual patient factors, nursing staff factors, and hospital department management factors. In the work, we should raise awareness of nursing staff’s risk, strengthen the training and education of nursing staff, and improve various rules and regulations of the hospital department.
