上市公司1999年年报显示,99年新上市公司中,昌九化工等11家公司1999年经营业绩与盈利预测的差距都在20%以上,现对这些公司予以通报批评(见附表)。中国证监会对这些公司盈利预测误差产生的原因将进一步调查,对有意出具虚假盈利预测报告的上市公司及相关中介机构,中国证监会将依法进行查处。中国证券监督管理委员会二○○○年七月十四日
The 1999 annual report of listed companies shows that out of 99 newly listed companies, the 11 companies such as Changjiu Chemical Co., Ltd. have a gap of more than 20% in their operating results and profit forecasts in 1999 and are now criticized by these companies (see the attached table). China Securities Regulatory Commission on these companies profit forecast error will further investigate the reasons for the intention to issue a false profit forecast report listed companies and related intermediaries, China Securities Regulatory Commission will investigate and deal with according to law.
