我厂一九七六年接收矿务局下达的10台JH_2—5型回柱小绞车加工任务。这类绞车具有体积小,重量轻,适合井下回收坑木支柱。它是矿井工作面,回收坑木不可缺少的设备.但因加工困难,工艺复杂,经过一年多几次试验,都没有成功.一九七六年十月后,在华主席为首的党中央,一举粉碎了“四人帮”,除了四害,解放了我们的思想。我们在厂党委的领导下成立了攻关小组。针对球面蜗轮附的加工,使用特点和技术要求,我们先后组织了人员到外地参观学习,但大厂都有专用设备,他们也经过几年的试验,现在还未定型,还要进行改进。而我们厂一无设备.技术条件又差,对这项新工艺我们厂还未接触过,
