分析无缝道岔温度力传递机理,确定无缝道岔各部分在有限元模型中的合理模拟方式,并建立模型。应用模型,选取切合实际的计算参数对秦沈客运专线18号和38号无缝道岔进行温度力和变形计算。结果表明:无缝道岔的附加温度力与变形随轨温变化幅度的增大而增加;在同样的轨温变化幅度条件下,大号码无缝道岔的温度力与变形比小号码无缝道岔大,限位器承受的剪力也较大;半焊无缝道岔钢轨温度力及变形与全焊无缝道岔有较大差别,在数值上较全焊无缝道岔小,但其辙叉位置钢轨和轨枕的位移较为复杂。
The temperature force transfer mechanism of the seamless turnout is analyzed, the reasonable simulation method of each part of the seamless turnout in the finite element model is established, and the model is established.
