目的:研究前列腺增生组织中EGF、TGF-β1和iNOS表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测87例前列腺增生组织中EGF、TGF-β1和iNOS表达,并分析与临床化验指标和临床症状(前列腺液中白细胞计数、卵磷脂计数、尿频、尿痛和夜尿)的关系。结果:(1)87例前列腺增生组织中EGF、TGF-β1和iNOS表达的阳性检出率分别为63.2%(55/87)、47.1%(41/87)和56.3%(49/87)。(2)临床症状与EGF、TGF-β1、iNOS表达之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:(1)前列腺增生的发生发展与EGF、TGF-β1和iNOS表达有密切关系。(2)前列腺增生临床症状与EGF、TGFβ、iNOS表达关系不密切。
Objective: To study the expression of EGF, TGF-β1 and iNOS in benign prostatic hyperplasia and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of EGF, TGF-β1 and iNOS in 87 benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The clinical laboratory parameters and clinical symptoms (leukocyte count, lecithin count, urinary frequency, dysuria and nocturnal Urine) of the relationship. Results: (1) The positive rates of EGF, TGF-β1 and iNOS in 87 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were 63.2% (55/87), 47.1% (41/87) and 56.3% (49/87), respectively. (2) There was no significant difference between the clinical symptoms and the expression of EGF, TGF-β1 and iNOS (P> 0.05). Conclusion: (1) The occurrence and development of benign prostatic hyperplasia is closely related to the expression of EGF, TGF-β1 and iNOS. (2) The clinical symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia and EGF, TGFβ, iNOS expression is not closely related.
