国家林业局局长贾治邦近日撰文指出,“绿水青山也是政绩”。他写道:各级领导干部不仅要创造经济建设的政绩,还要创造政治建设、文化建设、社会建设的政绩,同时也要创造统筹人与自然和谐发展、实现绿水青山的政绩。创造实现绿水青山的政绩,一个关键前提是各地领导切实树立正确的政绩观。在地方党委集中换届的关键之年,各省(区、市)领导不约而同地力挺林业,为实现林业又好又快发展殚精竭虑。显而易见,各地领导的执政理念和政绩观已经发生重要变化。可以预期,在落实科学发展观,构建和谐社会,建设社会主义新农村的新形势下,林业必将获得空前发展,在国家建设大局中发挥出至关重要的作用。
