目的加强医院门诊中药房的管理。方法对门诊中药房的存在问题进行调查分析。结果门诊中药房存在处方书写不规范、处方调配错误、发药时缺乏详细说明和药品采购等问题,需要提高药房工作人员素质、加强处方管理、严格处方调配及药品采购、验收和储存管理等,提高门诊中药房的服务质量。结论制订改进措施,加强门诊中药房管理,可保障患者用药安全。
