(《光谱实验室》杂志编辑委员会第二届第二次代表大会通过)《光谱实验室》杂志是经中国科学院批准,在中国科学院化工冶金研究所科技处、中国科学院福建物质结构研究所科研处、航空航天工业部第六二一研究所科技委、冶金工业部钢铁研究总院学委会和中国颗粒学会等国务院十四部、委(局、院)主要直属单位或其职能部门领导下,由编辑部自筹经费、编辑出版的“民间”学术刊物。《光谱实验室》杂志编辑委员会(以下简称编委会)是编辑部的领导机构,其任务是编辑、出版刊物,提供光谱、能谱分析情报,举办学术交流会等。杂志的编辑方针是:以普及为主,兼顾提高,通过信息和学术交

The Editorial Board of Spectrum Labs (hereinafter referred to as the Editorial Board) is the lead agency of the editorial department. Its mission is to edit and publish publications, provide information on spectroscopy, energy spectrum analysis and hold academic exchanges. The magazine’s editorial guideline is: Mainly to popularize, take into account the improvement, through information and academic exchanges
