近几年,我国的煤矿事故频频发生,而近期四川泸县发生的瓦斯爆炸案又一次对煤矿开采的安全性能提出了质疑。我国的煤矿能源虽然丰富,但是随着多年的连续开采浅井煤矿的数量已经非常稀少,因此大多数的煤矿都采用的是井下作业,这个导致煤矿工作的难度性的增加。所以煤矿的安全性能得到了人们充分的重视,尤其是煤矿通风问题。煤矿通风的作用是保证井下各个地点都有新鲜的空气供矿工呼吸。煤矿通风是保证煤矿开采工作安全进行的最基本因素。通风情况的好坏直接影响到矿工的安全及健康、矿井的生产效率和经济效益。本文主要对煤矿通风安全信息管理系统的构成进行研究,并表达出建立这个安全信息管理系统的重要性。
In recent years, coal mine accidents occur frequently in our country, and the recent gas explosion in Lu County, Sichuan Province once again questioned the safety performance of coal mining. Although China’s coal mines are rich in energy resources, the number of shallow mines that have been continuously mined for many years has become very scarce. Therefore, most mines use downhole operations, which has led to an increase in the difficulty of coal mines. Therefore, the safety of coal mining has been given full attention, especially in coal mine ventilation. The role of ventilation in coal mines is to ensure that fresh air is available to all miners for breathing at all locations. Coal mine ventilation is to ensure the safety of coal mining work carried out the most basic factor. Ventilation has a direct impact on the safety and health of miners, mine production efficiency and economic benefits. This paper mainly studies the constitution of coal mine ventilation safety information management system and expresses the importance of establishing this safety information management system.
