师范类高校继续教育机构既有与其他高校相同的特征,又具有自身的特点。从实际状况来看,师范类高校继续教育机构建立了比较完善的管理制度,以及规范的内部运行机制。但也存在着若干问题与不足。需要从建立灵活开放的制度、科学规范化的流程、服务型的组织,加强与其他行业的合作等方面进行革新与完善。
Teachers of continuing education institutions have both the same characteristics of other colleges and universities, but also has its own characteristics. From a practical point of view, continuing education institutions in normal universities have established relatively perfect management systems and standardized internal operation mechanisms. However, there are still some problems and deficiencies. It is necessary to innovate and improve from the aspects of establishing a flexible and open system, a scientific and standardized process, a service-oriented organization, and strengthening cooperation with other industries.
