目的 探讨电针 (EA)对免疫系统的影响 .方法 应用流式细胞仪技术 ,通过微量全血直接免疫荧光染色法测定外周血 T细胞亚群以反映细胞免疫功能 ;应用红细胞 C3b受体 -酵母菌花环试验和红细胞 - IC花环试验检测红细胞免疫功能 .结果 电针刺激足三里穴后正常大鼠外周血的 CD4+ ,RBC- C3b RR,RBC- ICR明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,CD8+ 无显著变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,且 CD4+和 RBC- C3b RR呈显著正相关 (r=0 .719,P<0 .0 5 ) .免疫抑制模型大鼠外周血的 CD4+ ,RBC-C3b RR明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,CD8+ 无显著变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,电针治疗后各项指标与正常对照组相比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) .非经非穴组的各项指标与正常对照组相比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) .结论 :电针刺激足三里穴能提高正常大鼠及免疫抑制模型大鼠的细胞免疫功能和红细胞免疫粘附功能 .这对揭示针刺治疗多种疾病的机制具有重要意义
Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on the immune system.Methods The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were measured by direct immunofluorescence staining with flow cytometry to reflect the cellular immune function.Using erythrocyte C3b receptor-yeast The results showed that the CD4 +, RBC- C3b RR and RBC-ICR in peripheral blood of normal rats were significantly increased after electro-acupuncture stimulation of Zusanli (P <0.01) CD8 + had no significant change (P> 0.05), and there was a significant positive correlation between CD4 + and RBC- C3b RR (r = 0.199, P <0.05) .In immunosuppressed rat model, CD4 + -C3b RR was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P <0.01, P <0.05), CD8 + showed no significant change (P> 0.05) (P> 0.05) .Compared with the normal control group, there was no significant difference between the non-acupoint group and the control group (P> 0.05) .Conclusion: Electroacupuncture stimulated the Zusanli acupoint can improve Cellular immune function and erythrocyte immune adherence function in normal and immunosuppressed rats, which is of great importance to reveal the mechanism of acupuncture in treating various diseases Meaning
