在工业生产领域,数控机床是一类非常重要的设备,其质量直接影响产品的加工质量。就目前状况而言,国内数控机床存在着线条生硬、操作繁琐等缺陷,不仅无法有效地提升工件加工的质量与效率,还可能危害流水线工人的生命财产安全。文章结合笔者工作经验与相关理论知识,研究了机床造型设计中人机工程的应用,供有关人员参考借鉴。
In the field of industrial production, CNC machine tools are a very important type of equipment whose quality directly affects the processing quality of the products. In terms of the current situation, the domestic CNC machine tools have the defects of rigid lines and cumbersome operation, which not only can not effectively improve the quality and efficiency of workpiece processing, but also endanger the life and property safety of line workers. The article combined the author’s work experience and relevant theoretical knowledge, studied the application of ergonomics in the machine tool design for the reference of relevant personnel.
