职业学校要提高办学质量就必须开展校企合作,根据专业特点加强校企的深度合作,着力推进专业建设与职业岗位对接、教学过程与生产过程对接、课程体系教材内容与职业标准对接。创新人才培养模式,坚持“以岗位需求培养人、按专业标准训练人、用企业文化成就人”的原则,把学生职业素质培养贯穿教育教学全过程,在工学结合、学做融合中,着力实现校企合作共有、共管、共享的人才培养目标。为此,我校以企业需求为原动力,构建了为企业提供“可定制”的人才培养模式、专业教学体系、专业课程体系、专业实训环境,通过在校两年学习和训练,使学生顶岗实习时就能很快适应岗位要求胜任本职工作。具体做法如下:
