本文通过对我国铁路电力牵引达22年之久的区段工频高压电磁场环境下作业的1559名工人及无电磁场接触史的788名工人的心电图和血压进行了测试,并采用双盲法进行分析、其均值和异常率两组间均无明显差异,说明我国铁路电力牵引工频高压电磁场对人体心电图和血压无明显影响。
This paper tests the electrocardiogram and blood pressure of 1559 workers and 788 workers without history of electromagnetic field exposed to railroad power for 22 years in the section of industrial power frequency high-voltage electromagnetic field, and analyzed by double-blind method , No significant difference between the mean and abnormal rate of the two groups, indicating that China’s railway power traction frequency high-voltage electromagnetic field on human ECG and blood pressure had no significant effect.
